My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was lovely and clean, but felt a bit small considering the price we paid. The service was friendly but could use some improvement in terms of attention to guests. The location was great for exploring the city, although some rooms lacked adequate views. The dining experience had its ups and downs. The facilities were decent.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was truly a mixed bag. The rooms felt more like a motel room but had the essentials like cutlery, crockery, and a microwave, which I appreciated. It was spacious with lots of room for activities, and the bed was very comfortable. However, it's clear that certain rooms need improvement to match a 4-star rating; do avoid Room 301.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, there might be some rooms that do not meet the expected standard.
Service
7.0
The service at the hotel was a bit of a rollercoaster. On one hand, the staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, there were moments when the service felt intrusive, with attempts to act superior rather than being on the same level as guests.
Location
8.0
The location of the hotel was quite convenient, especially for events at the Aotea Centre. It was also within walking distance to various attractions like Albert Park and the Art Gallery. However, the noise from the street, especially on weekends, was noticeable at night.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience left much to be desired. The limited food options, particularly just bread, cakes, and horrible coffee, were disappointing. It's definitely an area that needs improvement for a better guest experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room had a cozy and inviting feel which I appreciated, but the noise from the nearby building site was disruptive. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff, but the dining experience had long waits and issues with items availability. The location was convenient for accessing everything I needed, but there were some design flaws in the room like a poorly designed shower screen.

The Airedale Boutique hotel provided a very nice, clean, and tidy stay with a great breakfast. However, the room arrangement made it inconvenient to watch TV from the bed. The current price is $45 cheaper today, which adds to the value of the stay.

Rooms

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although the arrangement may not allow for easy TV viewing from the bed.
Service

Dining

The dining experience was a mix; the breakfast was excellent, but the advertised buffet was not available. However, the coffee provided was disappointing. Price could be better for the offerings.
Facilities
The facilities were adequate, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and valet parking available. I wish the dining options met the advertised buffet standards.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and surprisingly quiet despite the busy Queen Street location. The staff were polite and friendly, making us feel truly pampered. The only downside was the lack of valet parking, which would have been the cherry on top of a perfect stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with excellent facilities, but having a large exhaust fan outside the windows at ground level was a bit off-putting. The central location was great for exploring the city, but I encountered some issues with the service and dining. Overall, the value for money was average.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were huge with kitchen facilities, couches, working table, and a large flat screen TV. The space and facilities were excellent, but the exhaust fan outside the windows at ground level was a downside.
Service

Location
9.0
The hotel was right in the center of Auckland, perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was central to various concert and show venues, making it a convenient choice for entertainment seekers.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience had its drawbacks. Although the breakfast was lovely, waiting 25 minutes for a coffee and being told curtly that it was 'artisan' felt unnecessary. The after-breakfast service could have been better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had all the necessary facilities, but I found the shower screen design poor, leading to water splashing out and wetting the floor. The rooms, however, were well-equipped for a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including a super comfy bed. The early check-in option was a great bonus, although I wish the rooms were more soundproof. The luxurious touch with robes and a coffee maker made me feel pampered.

I had a pleasant stay here on two separate occasions after a big night out; the rooms were very spacious but a bit dark as they looked at a wall. The service was excellent, and the staff took good care of our car and luggage. The location is perfect, just in front of the sky bus station, and I could easily walk to Queen St However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown, and the advertised buffet was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel had clean and tidy rooms, perfect for us with the ice skating rink just across the road. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful, although they seemed to lack local knowledge at times. The location was good but a little scary at night, and unfortunately, there were very few food options around the hotel. The dining experience was lovely but had some delays, and the facilities were up to standard.
