I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with excellent facilities, but having a large exhaust fan outside the windows at ground level was a bit off-putting. The central location was great for exploring the city, but I encountered some issues with the service and dining. Overall, the value for money was average.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed, including a super comfy bed. The early check-in option was a great bonus, although I wish the rooms were more soundproof. The luxurious touch with robes and a coffee maker made me feel pampered.

I had a pleasant stay here on two separate occasions after a big night out; the rooms were very spacious but a bit dark as they looked at a wall. The service was excellent, and the staff took good care of our car and luggage. The location is perfect, just in front of the sky bus station, and I could easily walk to Queen St However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown, and the advertised buffet was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel had clean and tidy rooms, perfect for us with the ice skating rink just across the road. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful, although they seemed to lack local knowledge at times. The location was good but a little scary at night, and unfortunately, there were very few food options around the hotel. The dining experience was lovely but had some delays, and the facilities were up to standard.
